Yes, yes, yes. Just the thing. But doesn't this somehow mean that in underdeveloped countries, instead of rolling out money in the name of poverty eradication, governments should provide it's poor an opportunity to pursue art and science?

God! Now... that makes the highly- rated, one of the prized assets of society, the 'common sense', look bad. It might be true, too. Why people settle for common and boring existence? Most of the time, I think, it is because of common sense.
